Team JDM has the answer for you with their 1200 HP rated Shortblock rebuild kit specifically designed for the 2007-2010 GT500 5.4L Iron engine block.
The factory engine is capable is very large amounts of power and torque but the Aftermarket has proven it is easy to surpass even these levels making the stock connecting rods and other internals a weak point.
Manley heavy duty H beam R series rods with ARP 2000 bolts replace the factory powder cracked I beam units. High Performance Rod bearings and main bearings support the rotating components and promote less heat and friction then the OEM parts. Team JDM recommends the Calico coating option for improved friction resistance. The factory cylinder bores in the Iron block are thick enough to allow you to bore the engine up to +.030" so this kit is offered in Standard, +.020" and +.030" bore size. For engine blocks that have been run already a .001-.002” hone is acceptable for clearance, any more and the block will require over boring. Mahle custom rings help to seal thing up nice and tight to help make Horsepower. These are the same or similar components used in Team JDM NHRA Cobra Jet Mustangs making 1200+ HP setting World Record’s a 1/4 mile at a time!
