JDM 5.4L Lightning/Harley Engine Rebuild Kit
Our JDM Lightning/Harley engine rebuild kit is right at home when wanting to rebuild a stock engine, or turn up the wick on your 5.4 2v! Our Kit is designed to live in high boost, high power situations such as drag or roll racing, but is perfect for the every day driver. Forget the powdered metal connecting rods stock in lightnings, the Manley H-Beam rods have proven to survive in cobra jets running 7 second quarter miles, and are stout for any lightning build regardless of application.
Custom spec Mahle pistons availabe in Std, +.020", or +.030" bore size. and ring package. Includes quality Total Seal rings offering superior sealing, quiet start up, and strength for up to 1200 Horsepower!
We include a new set of Speed Pro NASCAR rated bearings designed to live in the toughest of conditions. ARP Main studs tie the bottom end together and a High volume oil pump to make sure all parts are getting sufficient lubrication. Our goal is to not have you worry about longevity when getting on your truck, but to make sure your engine can survive blowing the doors off of whatever is next to you. All of these components have been mid 9's in the quarter in a 4000+ pound lightning!
