This Gen 3 Coyote (2018+) rebuild kit is perfect for those looking to upgrade their stock coyote internals in their 2018+ Mustang GT or 5.0 F-150 beyond the already stout factory hardware from Ford.  This rebuild kit is meant to outlast the stock components beyond a couple of glory pulls on the dyno, or a handful of 1/4 mile passes down the drag strip.  Expect to make safe and reliable power day after day for many years to come with this rebuild kit!

Our rebuild kit starts with a set of the legendary Manley Forged H-Beam connecting rods known for robust reliability in all applications.  Attached on the small end of the connecting rods are Manley's Forged Aluminum Coyote pistons that are Gen 3 specific and support direct injection.  These pistons are forged from 4032 aluminum and also offer coated skirts for reduced friction.  Offset piston pins allow for quiet start up.  Stainless Total Seal rings are supplied for the best possible ring seal, minimal blow by, and long trouble free life.  Clevite bearings are standard due to quality and consistency across the board in all of their shells, and for their long life under the toughest of conditions.  A brand new Ford OEM oil pump is provided with a billet oil pump gear inserted by hand at JDM Engineering with pride and precision for every order and checked for proper internal clearances.  We provide new OEM main hardware for simple installation with great longevity and quality.  Pistons are offered in a -6cc dish (10 to 1 CR,) +1cc dome (11 to 1 CR,) and a +6.75cc dome (12 to 1 CR.)  ***12 to 1 pistons designed only for OEM valve sizes and mild cams as per Manley instruction.  Contact us for more information***

For heavily raced high boost and all out flogged applications, we are proud to offer for our first time the Manley H-Tuff connecting rod set.  These connecting rods are beefed up in all areas to endure tensile strength is never questioned, and rod twist is a thing of the past.  Great for those looking to make big power in Supercharged, Turbocharged, or Nitrous applications!  Different compression ratios and bore sizes are available, but sleeving will be required beyond stock.  Please select your final bore size and compression ratio from the above drop down.

    Excellent kit

    I purchased this kit to rebuild a new block and crank that I purchased for my 2018 Mustang GT after a ring land failure under boost in my stock engine. The components are better than advertised, as the pistons are ACTUALLY 2618 aluminum, not the 4032 that is mentioned in the description. I upgraded to the H-tuff rods, ARP main hardware and dropped the compression to 11:1 and just picked up the short block. This should be a stout combination for a 20k mile a year Whipple'd street car. No one else had a kit with these quality components near this price. Thanks to JDM for the fast shipping a great pricing on this kit.

    Ordered from these guys and everything went smooth, shipping was a little longer than they expected but it wasn’t there fault, they kept me upto date the whole time….I will be doing business with then again for sure
