Description
Some of the 2020+ Explorer ST's have the differential mounted to the subframe with a single Bolt. For most this is sufficient, however hard launches, and hard shifts from sporty driving all put tremendous strain on the single stud sometimes leading to failure. This also works with differentials with 2 bolts as additional support. The FENFAB Diffy Stiffy Brace provides additional support with a simple install. The additional support reduces strain on the differential cover and bolt while simultaneously aiding in the reduction of wheel hop and driveline slop.
Team JDM has installed these brackets on several customers vehicles and installation is under 1 hr with proper tools.
