This Stage 2 kit includes a tuned SCT programmer that you can use going forward for future modifications! Also included is JLT's Lightning Cold Air kit along with an 01+ Lightning 90m MAF meter. The 99-00 Lightning came with an ill-equipped 80mm MAF that limits airflow and potential for performance. Giving your truck the biggest Horsepower to Dollar improvement we add a Metco 4lb lower pulley kit and longer belt. The extra 4 psi of boost adds almost 50 ft lbs of torque! We also include spark plugs and a fuel filter for general maintenance. Some of these trucks are over 20 years old now as hard as it is to believe that. So doing general maintenance can go a long way.
