Upon placing your order Team JDM will send you a HP MPVi3 programmer with 4 tuning credits. You will download the HP tuners VCM Suite software https://www.hptuners.com/downloads/ to your laptop. After opening the software you will link the programmer to the vehicle by reading the Stock Roush tune file then email us a copy of it to modify. We will return your file with our custom tuning changes with in 3-5 business days. After you receive it with an email containing the tune file and instructions you will load the file to your vehicle via the MPVi3 device and your lap top. The process is very simple and we can help you remotely with questions or issues!
During our Dyno testing we ran a 2024 F-150 with Roush 705 HP Supercharger kit made 576 RWHP and 492 TQ in stock form. We then added a set of Kooks Long tube headers and Green catted Y pipe we saw 600 RWHP and 497.5 TQ (gained 24.1 RWHP and 5 TQ!) with no tuning changes made. After that we loaded our custom tune file and saw an immediate power increase of over 50+ HP through the power band with a peak gain of 33 RWHP and 46 TQ yeilding 633 RWHP and 542 TQ! Finally for some fun, since we know the 24+ F-150 and Mustang love a little ethanol spike, we added a few gallons of VP Race fuel X85 to create and E30 mix. At that point power increased an additional 40 RWHP for a total of 673 RWHP and 559 TQ!!!
