2007-2012 Shelby GT500 2.60-3.00 Upper Pulley Kit
Replace the original 3.0 supercharger pulley with this an upgraded interchangable supercharger pulley to add boost to your Shelby 2007-2014 GT500 Mustang.
All upper pulleys are made aluminum and hard coated black anodized to resist surface wear can add approximately 4 more pounds of boost to the factory supercharger depending on which pulley you choose. This will increase the power out put approximately 40 HP/ 44 TQ!! A custom tune is suggested with the use of this pulley. The pulley comes with a high-grade steel that presses onto the blower shaft. Because the hub is seperate it makes it easy to swap pulleys for different boost levels.
There are 2 size of pulleys. 2.60 adds 3 to 4.5 lbs of boost and 3.00 stock size
In place of a shorter belt JDM uses an auxiliary idler pulley to take up the belt slack from the smaller pulley.
Cooler Spark Plugs as well are suggested for improved performance with the added boost, JDM uses NGK TR6 spark plugs . Which can be purchased from our site ungapped. We suggest a .030 gap
A pulley removal tool is necessary for the removal of the stock pulley and installation of this kit
