Very impressed with the whole experience great staff the program for my gen1 Raptor is excellent beats roush's program hands down better trans program holds gears longer better shift points better gas mileage you can't go wrong if you spend the money well worth it.

JDM Tune

I drove 1100 miles from Florida to have JDM sprinkle their magic dust on my 2014 Roush Raptor with 100k miles. The tune transformed the way it accelerates, shifts and overall feels like a different truck. They also changed my SC oil and belt which was needed. Overall, I TRUST JDM, Jim Sr and Jr for my truck’s needs, with their years of experience and excellent customer service!!!

The tuner transformed the driveability of the truck, throttle response and shift points are greatly improved, I should have done it long ago, it's money well spent.

Recent install longtube headers catted y, and jdms tune woke my trk up, can really feel the hp and torque gains, shifts r smooth and trk runs strong, great job Jim

Just installed long tube headers catted y pipe with jdms tune on 2012 Ford Raptor all i can say is Wow, Power, torque, its a new truck, smiles ear to ear, worth every penny, JDM is the only way to go , thank u soo much

JDM ProCharger Custom Tune

Excellent product, easy to set up and program. JDM is the only company that would create a custom tune for my Raptor. All other companies say they cannot program for the forced air induction, it has to go to a dyno shop. There is no dyno shop where I live and did not want to tow it. With JDM tuning the truck has lots of power, shifts perfect, and is a blast to drive.

X4 custom procharger tune

Previously had another reputable online tuner tuning my procharged raptor, and I was at my wits end. My pickup ran like crap, shifted so hard it felt like it was going to break something and was pretty much undriveable. Called JDM. Told them my setup and had a tune a couple of weeks later. What a difference. Out of the box and it drives like a new truck. Bottom line it you have a custom setup on your raptor don’t waste money. Call JDM. these guys know raptors better than anyone else I have worked with.

Best money I've spent on my Raptor- the stock Whipple tune was not optimized. Jim made the shifts, throttle response and area under the curve much, much better. Great people to deal with.

2012 Raptor Roush Super Charged Tune

While it took some time to receive due to what i was told as an illness with the tuner himself, the tune is by far better than the Roush tune. The vehicle shifts better, runs smoother and is just overall more enjoyable of a vehicle now due to the tune from JDM. Customer support also replied very quickly and answered any questions that i may have had.

2013 F150 Raptor, Roush Stage 2, with 30K miles. Changed the spark plugs with NGK-6510 as recommended.
First thing I noticed after installing the tune is the transmission gear display no longer shows what gear you're in on the instrument cluster. Besides that, shifts do feel better as it holds a gear longer and doesn't want to walk straight to 6th gear as with Roush tune. Power is a bit more responsive throughout the band, but I certainly didn't feel gains as some of the responses below suggest.
